Getting Started
Log In
Enter the access code provided by your event organizer. This code links you to your event's attendee database. You can use the same code on the mobile app and this web interface simultaneously.
Scan Badges (Mobile App)
On the mobile app, tap the Scan tab and point your camera at an attendee's badge QR code. The lead is instantly saved and matched to their contact info. Use the category selector to tag where you scanned them.
Review Leads
The Leads tab shows everyone you've scanned. Search, filter by category, change sort order, or star important leads for quick access later.
Add Notes & Tags
Tap any lead for their detail page. Add free-text notes and toggle switches to tag leads. Customize labels in Settings > Edit Toggles (e.g., "Wants Demo", "Decision Maker").
Business Cards (Mobile App)
Scan or photograph business cards and attach them to leads. Card images sync to the cloud and are visible on this web interface as well.

Syncing
Automatic Cloud Sync
All leads, notes, stars, and tags sync automatically. Changes on the mobile app appear here, and vice versa. The app syncs every 5 minutes, or tap Sync Now in Settings.

Tips
Star your hottest leads so you can filter for them later using "Starred Only".
Customize toggle labels before the event to match your follow-up process.
Use categories to track where you met someone — booth, session, networking, etc.
Export your leads daily as a backup, especially during multi-day events.
The web interface is read/write — add notes and tags from your laptop after the event.
